Montreal Soccer Day Camp - Payment Information

One Week Sessions:

Registrations received before June 1^st, 2012 ..................$200.00/week   ($173.95 + $26.05 tax)

Registrations received after June 1^st, 2012 .....................$230.00/week   ($200.05 + $29.95 tax)

Each registration includes:

• Assessment sheet
• Group picture
• Certificate of participation
• Ice cream voucher

We do encourage you to register on-line using your credit card.  Our new system is easy to use and secure. 

If you decide to register by check, each registration must be accompanied by a check for $50.00 plus a post-dated check (June 1^st, 2012) for the balance of $150.00. All registrations after June 1^st 2012 must include a check for $230.00.

Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.

Extended hours:

We offer extended hours from 8h00a.m. to 9h30a.m. and from 3h00p.m. to 5h00p.m. for an additional cost of $125.  This option is presently available on the 2012 registration form and for on-line registration.
